A new stand-alone emergency room is scheduled to open Monday in Spotsylvania on Route 3 at the intersection with Chancellor Village Lane and Single Oak Road.   Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center Chief Executive Officer Ryan DeWeese says the state-of-the-art ER will be staffed with board-certified emergency room physicians and nurses , 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
