We talk about the Saturday storm around the region and then what's next.   The Weather Channel's Richard Lewelling says over the next few weeks more precipitation and then the bottom falls out for frigid temperatures beginning the middle of the month.

Dr. Stephen Farnsworth, Professor of Political Science and International Affairs and Director of the Center for Leadership and Media Studies at the University of Mary Washington looks at the Presidential election and the Virginia General Assembly.   We also talk about two books he's written--one on political humor in late night TV and the other on strategies to spot disinformation.  Dr. Farnsworth is about to spend the next semester in Poland as a Fulbright Distinguished Scholar.
