The Weather Channel’s Richard Lewelling says a significant winter storm is coming into focus, with snow expected to begin around mid-day Saturday and continue through Sunday. He says early projections show the potential for close to 20 inches of accumulation. If those numbers hold, Lewelling says the storm could rank among the top 10 snowstorms in the DC area. He adds the system is expected to start and end as all snow.
