Megan Samples and Sam Shoukas preview this week’s Point In Time count. It begins Thursday at 6am. About 50 volunteers will be out around Fredericksburg conducting a homeless census. It’s done every January—and every other summer—to get a better picture of who’s experiencing homelessness in the area.
