Dr. Gaila Sims with the Fredericksburg Area Museum says a memorial will be developed at the site of the Slave Auction Block at the corner of William and Charles Streets. It now is part of an exhibit at the Fredericksburg Area Museum. Dr. Sims says community input will be vital to the project.
