(Richmond)- A Richmond holiday tradition will be changing this year due to COVID-19 concerns. The Dominion Energy Christmas Parade is only going to be featured on TV this December 5th at 10 a.m. Around 100-thousand people usually line the streets to watch the event in-person along Broad Street. The parade director says moving the event to a televised special is what’s best for the community this year.
