VANDALISM
Embrey Power Plant, 1709 Caroline St, 3/20 11:00 p.m. An officer patrolling in the area discovered new graffiti spray painted on the old power plant building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1700 block Lafayette Blvd, 3/22 1:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a window on her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS
Jeffery Puffenbarger, 45, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 1500 block of Lafayette Boulevard.

Glennis Robinson, 50, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting.
Darius Dawkins, 28, of Dumfries was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
Marquee Stewart, 30, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
Jamie Carr, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of assault and battery, public intoxication, and larceny.
Holly Shaver, 22, of Ruther Glen was arrested on a charge of felony shoplifting.
Charles Mazzurco, 24, of Ruther Glen was arrested on a charge of felony shoplifting.
Shauna Shay, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery and possession of marijuana.
Woodrow Dunkley, 58, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of domestic felonious assault, assault by strangulation, abduction, and preventing another person from calling 911.
Tammy Williams, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Williams was released on a summons.
