(Manassas)- President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will headline a campaign rally in Manassas . The White House says a Biden-Harris campaign rally will be held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas today about 4:30. The event will be Biden and Harris’ first joint campaign appearance of 2024. Reproductive rights will be a theme of the rally.
