The otter in Hurkamp Park has been stolen. We talked with Stuart and Steven Wegner of Wegner Metal Arts on Wolfe Street. They created the otters. You can hear it in their voices, they're heartbroken that the otter Adeline has been stolen. They want the otter returned. They're offering a $500 reward. Other area businesses are offering $101.5 rewards.
