(DC)-Smiling faces will be seen across all Metro platforms this morning. The transit agency is making face masks optional for all riders and employees. This goes for Metrobus, Metrorail and Metro-Access. General Manager Paul Wiedefeld says Metro will monitor the situation and make adjustments if necessary.
