(Richmond)- Virginia House Democrats have their own plan to provide relief from higher gas prices. They announced the proposal as a substitute to Governor Youngkin’s plan to suspend the state’s gas tax for three months. House Democrats want to send rebates of 50-dollars per car to drivers. They say their plan would send money directly to Virginia car owners and would cost less than the governor’s proposal.
