(Henrico)- One specialty snacks company has announced plans to expand in Virginia. Red River Foods will drop 16-million-dollars on a new warehouse and processing facility. It’s coming to Henrico County along with 60 new jobs. The snacks company is headquartered in Richmond, and Virginia beat out three other states to land the project.
