(Richmond)- Top state officials are reviewing the outdoor mask mandate. This comes as the C-D-C announced yesterday that masks are no longer needed for fully vaccinated people while they are outdoors. Health officials are beginning to weigh the pros and cons of this in Virginia. As for now, masks should still be worn outside if you cannot maintain a safe distance from others.
