(Richmond)- Flags are being flown at half staff across the Commonwealth. This comes after President Biden issued a Presidential Proclamation to lower the U.S. flag following the attack at the U.S. Capitol on Friday. One Capitol Police officer died after a man rammed his car into a security checkpoint. The suspect was shot and killed during the incident. Flags will remain lowered until sunset on Tuesday.
