(Luray)- Flags will be lowered today across the Commonwealth to honor a fallen officer. Dominic Winum was shot and killed last week while in the line of duty. Governor Northam has ordered the U.S. and Virginia flags to fly at half-staff to remember the Stanley Police officer. Winum will be laid to rest today in Luray. Flags will remain lowered through sunset.
