(Richmond)- The number of Virginians vaccinated against COVID-19 continues to rise. As of yesterday, one-point-nine-million total doses have been administered. That number includes more than 686-thousand residents that are fully vaccinated. At least 15-percent of the Commonwealth have received at least one shot to this point.
