(Richmond)- The General Assembly making a strong push for in-person learning. The Senate passed a bill yesterday that would require schools to offer face-to-face instruction on a full-time basis. If a school has issues with an outbreak, they would go to virtual learning. If it is signed by Governor Northam, it would take effect this summer.
