(Richmond)- Governor Northam has approved high school sports in Virginia. Northam signed an Executive Order that made changes to recreational sports. According to the Virginia High School League, student athletes will be given the green light to play beginning in December. The number of people attending those sporting events cannot exceed 250 people or 50-percent of the normal occupancy.
