(Woodbridge)- A democratic state delegate from Prince William who represents part of North Stafford is making a bid for Virginia governor. Delegate Jennifer Carroll Foy used social media to announce the news. She said she is thinking of working families during her campaign. The governor’s race will take place next year to find out who will replace incumbent Governor Ralph Northam.
