(DC)- Mayor Muriel Bowser is telling D.C. residents not to go to Maryland and Virginia. The two surrounding states are planning to begin their early stages of reopening. Bowser says the coronavirus is still spreading. She said she doesn’t want to open up too soon and see an increase in cases. The DC Mayor is urging D.C. residents to stay-at-home.
