(DC)- Vaping-related illnesses are on the rise in Maryland and Virginia. Health officials in Virginia say there have been at least six cases. Maryland health officials say there have been ten reported cases of lung illness connected to e-cigarette use in the state. That’s double the number of cases from the end of August. . Six people have died from lung disease linked to vaping nationwide. The CDC is looking into more than 450 cases of vaping-related illnesses across more than 30 states.
