(Virginia Beach)- A former Republican congressman is looking to unseat Democrat Mark Warner in the U.S. Senate. Scott Taylor announced yesterday that he’s joining the 2020 race. Democrat Elaine Luria defeated Taylor in the 2nd Congressional District election last fall. The Virginia Beach man said in a YouTube video yesterday that Washington is broken.
