(Henrico)- It’s one hefty penalty for Lumber Liquidators. The Henrico County-based company announced yesterday that it will pay 33-million dollars for misleading investors about formaldehyde in its flooring products. The company first came under fire in 2015 after it made false statements in a “60 Minutes” segment.
