(Louisa)- A man who was swept away by flood waters in Louisa County is dead. The sheriff’s office says the man’s truck was found upside down and partially underwater on Route 607 early yesterday. He reportedly called his wife just moments before water overwhelmed the truck. Investigators believe he got caught in a sinkhole.
