(Leesburg)- Gov. Youngkin has ordered U.S. and Virginia flags flown at half-staff today in memory of Trevor Brown, the Sterling volunteer firefighter who died battling a blaze on Feb. 16. Brown’s funeral is today at 11 a.m. in Leesburg at Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg. Flags should be lowered at sunrise and remain at half-staff until sunset.
