(Manassas)- One of two victims stabbed Tuesday afternoon by a man later shot and killed by police outside a Manassas-area training center has died. Police say the second victim is in critical condition, according to police. When they arrived, police found a man with a knife near the front entrance. More than one officer opened fire and struck the man, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
