(Richmond)- Triple A says drivers can blame the weather as extreme movements in temperature cause potholes. In addition to towing costs, potholes can cause costly damage to vehicles. A spokesman says potholes are usually a March to April thing, but with some of the milder temperatures this year, we’ve seen them show up earlier. AAA is warning drivers to be careful to avoid blowing a tire.
