(Woodbridge)- A 25-year-old Woodbridge man is jailed on murder charges in the Saturday night shooting death of his neighbor in the Summerland Heights apartment complex. Police say the suspect had been arguing in the patio area of a ground level apartment before the shooting. Officers found the suspect at his apartment and he was arrested without incident. He is jailed without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail on charges of murder and use of a firearm in a felony.
