(DC)- The Josh Harris ownership group created a document for potential partners, released in March, called “Commanders Investment Opportunity.” This document was first obtained by Forbes. The document goes into detail about Harris’ plans to improve FedEx Field, generate more revenue for the franchise, and by 2031 build a domed stadium in either Virginia, Maryland and DC.
