(Richmond)- Virginia’s primary is Tuesday. Voters will make their voices heard in many state and local races. Poll hours are 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. All 100 seats in the House of Delegates, and the 40 seats in the state Senate, will be up for grabs in November 2023. This is the first primary under newly drawn political district maps in the commonwealth—which means new faces and possible turnover in the General Assembly.
