(DC)- The National Weather Service says with temperatures expected to hit the 70s on Friday, cherry blossoms could reach peak bloom sooner. The Park Services says they are expecting peak bloom to be on the earlier side of their initial projection — between March 22 through 25 — or a few days sooner.
