(Richmond)- People can share their thoughts on Gov. Youngkin’s administration’s proposed rewrite of the state’s K-12 history learning standards in a series of hearings across Virginia that start this week and online. The Virginia Board of Education is holding six public hearings on the revised K-12 history and social science learning standards. The Board of Education is expected to give final approval of the standards on April 20. There’s a public hearing tonite at Mount Vernon. Tomorrow at Piedmont Community College in Charlottesville.
