(Undated)- Triple A says at least 90% or slightly over 2.2 million travelers in the DMV area will be driving to their holiday destinations this year. While most are driving, about 141,000 people will fly, which is up about 16% from last year. Officials expect the most congested days on the road to be Friday before Christmas, Dec. 27 and 28, and on Monday, Jan. 2, as travelers mix with commuters.
