(Virginia Beach)- The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued coastal flood warnings and Wind Advisories for Virginia’s coast. Forecasters say major flooding is forecasted in the Hampton Roads and Eastern Shore areas, along with wind gusts up to 50mph. The portion of the James River that runs through Richmond is expected to remain below flood stage.
