(Richmond)- Governor Youngkin is considering a 15-week abortion ban. Governor spokesperson Macaulay Porter said the Governor has called on four state lawmakers to help formulate a consensus as to Virginia’s fresh stance on abortion following the Supreme Court decision to send the abortion issue back to the states. For the moment, there will be no change made to Virginia’s abortion stance after the General Assembly’s Democrat party majority voted to reject abortion restrictions in February.
