(Richmond)- Governor Youngkin is outraged after the Virginia Senate defeated his gas tax holiday. It would’ve cut prices at the pump by about 26-cents per gallon for 90-days. Despite passing in the House, the Senate did not vote in favor of the idea. This marks the third time a gas tax holiday has been shoved out in Virginia.
