(Fairfax)-Schools in Fairfax County may limit how much students use their cellphones, beginning next year. Under revisions being considered for a handbook on students rights, cellphones may not be allowed during classes as well as trips to the bathroom or the locker room. The Fairfax County school board is expected to vote on the proposed changes at its meeting tonight.
