(Fairfax)- Authorities have located a missing three-year-old girl who was abducted by her mother. Virginia State Police issued an AMBER alert late last night for Amelia Kraus who was taken from an Alexandria home by 35-year-old Catherine Kraus. Police in West Virginia located the two early this morning and the mother was arrested. Her charges are pending and the little girl is safe.
