(Woodbridge)-A baby is dead after falling out of a car in Prince William County. Authorities say the 10-month-old was placed in the backseat of a vehicle without a car seat or any kind of restraint while her mother drove a short distance to pick up other people. When one of those passengers opened the door, the little girl fell out. When her mom got out to check on the baby, she left the car in drive and it rolled over the child, killing her. Police are investigating the incident.
