(Richmond)- All flags are flying at half-staff this morning across the Commonwealth. Governor Youngkin issued the order in respect of the victims in the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday. Youngkin released a statement yesterday saying that he and the First Lady are devastated by the news that so many children lost their lives to the senseless gun violence. The Governor says that all flags will remain lowered until sunset on Saturday.
