(Richmond)- Virginia’s unemployment rate has remained at three-percent for the months of March and April. Newly released data shows the state’s total nonfarm payroll employment increased by nearly 14-thousand jobs last month. Meanwhile, the number of unemployed residents dropped by nearly 13-hundred.
