(Undated)- Virginians are seeing no relief at the pumps. Triple-A reports the average Virginian is spending around four-dollars-and-45-cents for a gallon of unleaded gas. That’s up by 20-cents from just last week. Looking back at mid-April, it was costing around three-94 to fill up.
