(Richmond)- COVID cases are on a steady climb in the commonwealth. Virginia health officials are reporting close to three-thousand new cases per-day this week, which marks the highest rate in three-months. The statewide positivity rate has also jumped to 15-percent. The CDC has listed all of Virginia as being in a substantial to high community transmission level.
