(Richmond)- Virginia gas prices are rising as we inch closer to Mother’s Day weekend. Drivers across the Commonwealth are paying an average of four-dollars-and-five-cents for a gallon of unleaded gas. That’s up by ten-cents over the past week but right around the same as it was in early April. Several counties in Southwestern Virginia are reporting the cheapest prices.
