(Fairfax)- A driver in Fairfax is preparing for court after being caught driving twice the speed limit. A Virginia State trooper recently stopped a driver doing 131 miles-per-hour along I-95. The speed limit in the zone was set for 65 miles-per-hour. Authorities are reminding all drivers to obey the speed limit and avoid all distractions while driving.
