(Richmond)- Virginia gas prices have been running right around four-dollars per gallon as we head into last days of April. That’s according to Triple-A that reports the average price for unleaded has not budged over the past week. Diesel fuel is costing most folks over five-dollars per gallon. Virginia’s gas average still sits significantly lower than the national average of four-14.
