(Annandale)- A NoVA veterinarian is stepping up to help animals in Ukraine. Dr. Courtney Katsur saw how animals were being separated or left behind and said she wants to go there and provide special care. Katsur works at an animal hospital in Annandale. She plans to spend about two-weeks overseas.
