(Woodbridge)- Police in Prince William County are continuing to search for the individual that shot a teenager at a weekend carnival. It all happened Friday night at Gar-Field High School leaving a 14-year-old girl hospitalized. Detectives believe it started as an argument between two groups of young people moments before someone pulled the trigger. Police say the victim is expected to make a full recovery but the suspect remains on the loose.
