(Richmond)- Life-saving gear from Richmond is on its way to Ukraine. VCU Police Officer Levin White announced yesterday he has sent 15-hundred bulletproof vests to Lift Up Ukraine, which he co-founded. White got law enforcement agencies around the state to donate the equipment.
