(Richmond)- Governor Youngkin has ordered all flags in Virginia to fly at half-staff today. It’s being done to honor the life of Henrico County Officer Trey Marshall Sutton who was killed in the line of duty last week. Governor Youngkin says that flags should return to full-staff at sunset. Officer Sutton’s memorial service will be held this morning in Midlothian.
